Domaining Blog Adds Character
So Rick Schwartz has a bobble-head. It definitely looks like domaining is taking a couple of steps forward into the limelight. In celebration of this wonderful bobble-head phenomenon I have decided to add a little character to the new discredit.org design. I contacted a good friend of mine who is one of the best artist’s I have ever come across. He was more than happy to draw a cartoon based image of what he felt was a good portrayal of me as a domainer in the animated world. Are you ready to see the first sketch he has come up with? Now that is one domaining geek gone wild! He has me fully equipped with a sword from halo. This can be looked upon as being the sword which is slashing through domain registries all across the internet. (Hey I tried!) My buddy Byron is a talented artist and I like when he adds his own bit of creativity to drawings that he works on for me. He said he should have it inked up and colored in within the next few days. Ofcourse I am paying him for this, but he is definitely worth every cent! This is my first attempt to make domaining a bit cooler and to poke a bit of fun at myself at the same time.
